Located on the 2nd floor of Sapphire 83 Mall, Sector 83, Gurugram, Empire of Fitness features structured gym workouts, heavy weights, centralized cooling, steam rooms, showers, and free parking. We also offer certified personal trainers and customized diet guidance. Walk-ins and FITPASS memberships are welcome.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By becoming a member or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms.
1. Membership Agreement
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Members must be 16+ years old. Ages 16–17 require written parental consent.
2. Fees & Payments
Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month. 30 days notice required for fee changes. Failed payment may result in access suspension.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees for month-to-month plans. Annual memberships receive pro-rated refunds minus an admin fee.
4. Code of Conduct
Treat all staff and members with respect. Harassment results in immediate membership termination. Re-rack weights and wipe equipment after use.
5. Liability Waiver
Empire of Fitness is not liable for personal injury or loss of property. Members train at their own risk. Consult a doctor before starting any fitness program.
6. Personal Training
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
7. Amendments
